Fall Prevention

Let us help you stay on your feet. We offer multi-tiered programs that can include one-time in-home visits to survey your living quarters for fall hazards and assess your personal fall risk. Additionally, we offer a full 12-week Otago Balance Program to systematically improve strength, flexibility, range of motion and reduce overall fall risk.

 

Sessions can be offered in the clinic, your home, to individuals or in a small group setting.
